Inner Circle of the Mid-South

When was the last Profound conversation about your Business and your Life?

“The group has helped me solve urgent problems, sort out priorities, discuss new ideas so I can focus on the workable ones…It’s something I can’t get anywhere else, at any price!”

Make Decisions with more Confidence and achieve goals Faster

“There is no other place to get the kind of strategic, candid advice that you can get in a peer advisory group…It’s doubtful you will have many challenges where you need advice, and the group will not be of benefit.”

It doesn't have to be Lonely at the Top

“At a time when most business owners feel alone, Inner Circle is there for them. There is great comfort in having a group of business friends available monthly and via email to rely on. As a long-time Member, I always recommend Inner Circle to clients, prospects and at networking events.”

Inner Circles

Inner Circles are peer groups, or think tanks, of business owners who want to work on their business instead of always in the business. Each Inner Circle consists of eight to ten business owners of non competing companies who serve as  sounding boards for one another, constantly challenging each other to improve, succeed and move forward

The Meeting

An Inner Circle meets on the same day each month, for example, the first Wednesday, for a 3 ½ hour breakfast meeting, broken into three parts: The Roundtable and the VisionQuest™, and Takeaway Time.

The Roundtable

In this portion of the meeting, each member presents a question to their Inner Circle for feedback and input. The question can be about anything: problems, opportunities, strategy, etc. The members then ask questions and give advice and feedback until the presenter gets a handle on a solution or direction that will work for him. The Roundtable continues until all members have had their turn.

The VisionQuest™

The VisionQuest™ is what differentiates Inner Circle from other coaching and peer group formats. This portion of the meeting is focused on one member who presents his or her VisionQuest™, the member’s strategic plan for his or her business and life. Members in turn, provide in depth feedback to the presenter on how to improve the plan and execute it. The Vision Quest is not quite as formal and comprehensive as a business plan, but the exercise contributes greatly towards charting a course, validating it on a regular basis, and either sticking to it or changing it as needed. Your facilitator provides you with tools and personal coaching to help you prepare it. Most members will tell you that their VisionQuest™ is the most valuable part of their Inner Circle experience.

Takeaway Time

At the end of the meeting each member is asked for their insights (what they learned) and to dos (what they are committing to getting done).  The first agenda item of the next meeting is to review these takeaways and make sure progress is happening.

Membership and Benefits

If you, as an owner/CEO, qualify for Inner Circle membership, an invitation to a meeting is extended. The only obligation incurred by attending this initial meeting is to keep all conversation heard at the meeting confidential.

If you fully appreciate the value and benefits of membership and wish to join, you’ll pay a quarterly fee that includes the meetings, connections with other members and resources, unlimited access to Inner Circle of the Mid-South, and the potential – with your newly acquired knowledge and contacts – to advance your business to a new level.
